Description

Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a comforting, hassle-free dish that layers tender cheese ravioli, rich marinara sauce, and creamy cheeses into a mouthwatering meal. Ingredients

  • 24 oz frozen cheese ravioli
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Pour 1 cup of marinara sauce into the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta cheese, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining ravioli, marinara sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until cheeses are melted.
  6. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add fresh spinach (if using) to wilt into the layers.
