- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour 1 cup of marinara sauce into the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta cheese, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Repeat layering with remaining ravioli, marinara sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until cheeses are melted.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add fresh spinach (if using) to wilt into the layers.
