Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (any color), diced

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
