  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry; season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Set aside.
