- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion for about 5 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and brown for 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.

- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
