  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese (or Cheez Whiz)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by slicing the flank steak, bell peppers, and onion; mince the garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté onions and bell peppers for about 5-7 minutes until softened.

  5. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.
