  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup pine nuts (optional, toasted)

Instructions
