  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Maple syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tbsp of butter until bubbly.
