  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
  • 8 oz Rigatoni Pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and grating cheese.
  2. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  3. In a cast-iron skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper; sear for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Add minced garlic during the last minute of cooking; remove steak and let rest before slicing.
  5. Lower heat and add heavy cream to the skillet, stirring in Parmesan until smooth; add reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Toss cooked rigatoni with the sauce and sliced steak; garnish with parsley before serving.
